Caeser Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp Garlic minced
- 1 1/4 tsp Anchovy paste optional
- 1 1/2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup Olive oil mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- Pinch Salt
Instructions
- Combine minced garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a medium bowl.
- Add mayo and oil, whisk until smooth. Add cheese, pepper, and salt. Store in the fridge until need. Keeps for about a week.
Poppyseed Dressing
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp Poppyseeds
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Dried Mustard
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl or jar, add oil, vinegar, sugar, poppy seeds, dried mustard, and salt. Shake well. Refrigerate until ready to use.Makes 1 1/2 Cups
Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro minced
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp fresh garlic minced
- 3/4 tsp fresh oregano, minced or 1/4 tsp dried
- 1/2 tsp onion minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender.
- Use immediately or store in a tightly covered container and refrigerate up to 1 week. Shake well before using.
Pico de Gallo
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Pinch of kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate for up to four days.
Chimichurri
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flackes or more to taste
Instructions
- combine the onion, vegar, salt, and olive oil in a small bowl and let sit for about five minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and mix. Refrigerate for up to 4 days.
